Educational leadership

Your future in EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Do you want to stand apart as an educational leader? Earning a doctorate in educational leadership will give you a competitive edge. Taking courses through UNT’s New College at Frisco will give you an edge as you pursue your degree in an area that is home to some of the state’s fastest-growing school districts. You can choose between two programs, the Ed.D. or the Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, both of which are designed to help working education professionals move to the top ranks as a superintendent or school or district administrator, or to move into academia and research.

Both programs will prepare you for a career at the top and will help you master the data, trends and theories shaping how students learn, making you a better decision maker and thought leader shaping students’ education. You’ll learn how to lead learning organizations, engage ethically with the community, advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and develop theory to practice solutions.
